Smaller language and vision models deployed on our own servers, in the client’s data centre or in a UAE cloud region. The data never leaves the environment, and there is no per-token bill.
Passports, Emirates IDs, trade licences, insurance slips, invoices, bank statements and handwritten forms are read field by field — and every extracted value is checked against the page itself (OCR grounding) before anything is filed.
Arabic and English transcription, translation and natural speech. Inbound and outbound phone calls handled end to end, with the transcript on the record.
A small, efficient model handles routine work; a large one is engaged only when the task needs it. Every call is metered by user, model and cost.
Rules decide, models write. Every automated decision is deterministic, explained and on the audit trail — the same trail an examiner reads.
AI reads what arrives — email, WhatsApp, documents — and turns it into structured data. The system’s deterministic rules do the rest: file it, raise the next step and chase it. The AI never runs the operation and never writes a record on its own.
